Heath Slater Releases Statement Regarding His Suspension
Former Nexus member Heath Miller (Heath Slater), who received a 30 day suspension for his first violation of the company’s Wellness Policy this past Monday, issued the following statement regarding his suspension:

Heath Slater Accused Of Assaulting Woman
The Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that Heath Slater is accused of choking an Atlanta security guard and trying to force her to his hotel room during Wrestlemania XXVII weekend in April. The name of the accuser is Corinne Oliver who was working for Allied Barton Security Services at the time of the incident and claims she had to wrestle her way out of Slater’s grip in an April 4th encounter with him at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on Peachtree Street after a party. Oliver is still employed by Allied Barton was working security to keep fans separate from wrestlers. She claims the attack happened between 4 AM and 5 AM on April 4th and that the attack left her with back pains.
Slater is reportedly denying all involvement and says he was with his fiancee that night. WWE has stepped away saying the case involves Slater personally.
I always find a woman who will wait months to report something like this to be very shady. If he tried to choke her or force her into his room, why not she reported that the very same night or the next day. Why wait four months to report something like this. I agree with the person who said that she probably making alligations on Slater for to be famous in little time.
